Edition Zero Gravel 2024 Newsletter Three

Welcome to event week and the final newsletter before your adventure this weekend.

We are keen for you to have a successful weekend, to us, this means travelling safe, taking on the challenge, enjoying your adventure safely, making some friends, and getting home all in one piece.

Here is our final selection of advice to make this a reality for you!

  1. Registration is a must: Come sign on, collecting your kit from 3pm on Friday. NB: No Mains registration on Saturday.

  2. Fill your drop bags with the things you will need, paying particular attention to your nutritional needs. We have some snacks and goodies on course, but please do not rely on these.

  3. Attach your race plate to the front of your bike without bending, cutting or folding it. The number needs to be read, the timing chip needs to work too.

  4. Aid Stations are there to help you out. All Mains and Entree riders must visit the Cannington Aid Station, passing over the timing mat. All Mains riders must visit the Cattle Creek aid station. This is for your safety.

Rubbish bins are provided at the aid stations, no littering anywhere on course!

  5. Keep the fluids flowing, it is looking like it is going to be warm on the day

  6. All roads are open, keep left, follow all the road rules, including giving way and stopping if the intersection requires it.

  7. Keep Left

  8. Two laps of the velodrome please!

  9. We have a small selection of merch available at the Julbo tent. T shirts, socks, event cycling caps (Tineli) and Zefal drink bottles.

Travel safe, and we look forward to seeing you on Friday and Saturday!

A special thanks to all of our sponsors and supporters!

    Thanks for being here!
